Exemestane is a compound that prevents the aromatase enzyme from creating estrogen levels in the user’s body, known as an aromatase inhibitor or AI.

Exemestane eliminates around 80-90% of the aromatase enzyme after administration. Estrogen levels remain low for up to 72 hours after a single daily dose of 25 mg. This makes it one of the most effective and useful compounds available.
