Nandrolone Phenylpropionate (Npp) has a powerful anabolic action that stimulates protein synthesis and exerts a significant protein accumulation in muscle cells. Nandrolone Phenylpropionate was found to cause significantly less water retention than nandrolone decanoate. The Nandrolone Phenylpropionate is, therefore, a product more suitable for competition preparation, while the Nandrolone Decanoate is rather indicated when looking for an increase in strength and muscle mass.

However, Nandrolone Phenylpropionate can also be used for this purpose. The improvements are certainly less significant and slower than with the Nandrolone Decanoate, but higher qualities and the results continue after the interruption of the cycle.
